I wanted to express my deep appreciation for everyone who supported me in completing the 50 mile race this past Sunday. This goal was by far the most difficult single accomplishment of my life. The post race swelling & pain is a reminder of how hard the entire journey was.

I want to express special thanks to Tom Trimble my trainer who pushed me to stay the course with my training regiment. Also, I owe so much to all the friends who gave me moral support to stay the course. Next, I want to acknowledge my wonderful family who supported me in this crazy adventure, continued to encourage me through the process & ran part of the 50 mile race with me. To run 11 miles with my wife and to cross the finish line with my kids running right behind me is a memory I will cherish forever. Finally, I thank God and give Him all the glory for seeing me through every step of the way.
And for all of you who gave a financial gift to this fundraising event, please know how grateful I am & excited to know that you are partnering with me to help give our less fortunate youth an equal & fighting chance to develop their skills & talents.
